About me 

Phil joined the family business back in 1989 working within the Conveyancing and Estate Administration departments. This has given Phil great understanding and knowledge of the process taken to settle your property including dealing with deceased estates.

Phil has since become Principal after gaining extensive experience in marketing and selling property. Having grown up in Mount Barker and backed by many years of experience, Phil truly provides you with specialist local knowledge.

LJ Hooker Mount Barker is a family operated business, founded by HB Chapman in 1908 and became an LJ Hooker office in 1980.
