I would like to thank Stephney, Caitlin and Robyn of the property management team for my positive client experience as a tenant with LJ Hooker Mount Barker. Right from the initial contact I was made to feel welcome and treated as a valued client. My application was processed thoroughly, efficiently and without delay. As an applicant with a solid rental history, good references and the ability to pay the rent I appreciated not having to constantly chase the property management team for the status of my application and also not having to compete for the property with what might be considered "high risk" applicants. When I moved in the property I found that it had been cleaned to the highest standard and well maintained. This is something I have not been used to from several previous rentals through other companies. The welcome basket left on the kitchen bench together with a folder with useful cleaning and maintenance tips added a nice personal touch. The regular inspections are carried out thoroughly by one of the team (rather than an external contractor) against a check list that is shared with me as the tenant beforehand. Any maintenance issues that I have had have been dealt with quickly and without fuss through the online maintenance request process. Thank you all for your personal commitment, professionalism and experience and realising that Property Management is not just about bricks, mortar and rent, but also about people. I feel strongly that you have achieved a win-win situation for me as a tenant as well as the landlord.
